RULES AND REGULATIONS

•  Live Weigh in – Live Release format
•  Fish MUST be legal size 18-27 inches with pinched tail. All teams will be provided with an official Inshore Wars 3″ tail pinch.
• Your submitted catch will be the total weight (pounds) of 2 (two) Redfish.
• At least 1 legal LIVE Redfish must be submitted to qualify for judging.
•  Your catch will be verified on an official Check-It Stik at the weigh-in and with the official Inshore Wars 3″ tail pinch.
• In the event of a tie, the team to check in first will win the tie breaker.
• MEASURE CORRECTLY, ILLEGAL FISH WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
•  Mutilated, caged or penned fish will be disqualified.
• Only paid anglers may be on your boat during the tournament. Any other passengers may result in disqualification.
•  All anglers and teams must be registered by the start of Captains meeting.
• All Anglers must check in with the committee boat prior to start of tournament.
•  All teams must depart from Marco Bridge.
• Shot gun start will commence at safe light.
• Weigh In will begin at 2:00pm at Pelican Bend Restaurant in Isle of Capri.
• No fishing 1000ft from docks or marinas.
•  All fish must be weighed in by 4:00pm. Late arrival will be disqualified.
• The Inshore Wars Tournament is not licensed to fish inside the Everglades National Park.
• Rule violation protests must be filed with the tournament Rules Committee on the day of the tournament. Protests must be submitted in writing and accompanied by $500 cash (non- refundable). All decisions made by the Rules Committee are final and official.
• By taking part in the Inshore Wars Tournament, you are allowing all photos and video to be used for future promotions and/or social media.
• All registered anglers understand that they are fishing by their own will and will hold harmless any affiliate of the Inshore Wars Tournament. All Anglers are expected to use safe fishing and boating practices.
